12 M Partners Inc. was selected as the designer/builder for the 71,000 square foot warehouse, distribution ,and Manufacturing facility for Quentin Distributors Inc. located in the Covington Corporate Center Bloomingdale, Illinois. Quentin Distributors is one of the leading parts and accessory distributors in the bicycle industry today. The precast facility with arched openings and precast pillars give a state of the art look. The 24' clear building with 45' x 45' bays, has 10,000 square feet of office space including 10,000 square foot mezzanine for future office expansion. The warehouse is made up of 50,000 square feet with a complete racking systems. Designed by Cornerstone Architects, Inc. for maximum distribution efficiencies.
12 M Partners Inc. was selected as the designer/builder for the 80,000 square foot regional warehouse and distribution facility for Thomas Interior Systems Inc. located in the Covington Corporate Center Bloomingdale, Illinois. Thomas Interior Systems is Chicago land's oldest Herman Miller dealer, with installations throughout the United States. they are NDA (National Dealer Alliance) affiliated for nationwide service and support. The precast facility is 24' clear with 42' x 42' bays, 20,000 square feet of office space with a 10,000 square foot mezzanine. 12 M Partners Inc. was selected as the designer/builder for the 55,000 square foot Manufacturing facility expandable to 100,000 square foot, located in the Covington Corporate Center Bloomingdale, Illinois. ANSIMAG Incorporated produces magnetically driven sealless centrifugal pumps. The precast facility is a 24' clear building with 45' x 45' bays, with a fully clement control system. The building has 10,000 square feet of office space including a 5,000 square foot mezzanine with conference room . The manufacturing plant is made up of 45,000 square feet of machine shop, plastic injection molding machines with all state of the art equipment. Dalmec is a design and manufacture of highly ergonomic manipulators, combined with bespoke tooling heads, custom-built to handle a specific product.
The precast facility is a 20' clear building with 40' x 40' bays, and overhead crane system. This building has 4,000 square feet of office space, and 1,000 square foot show room space. RDN is a extrusion equipment supplier focused on optimizing extrusion productivity through the design and manufacturing of a full line of down stream equipment. The precast facility with a curtain wall of tinted glass entry is a 26' clear building with 45' x 45' bays. The office space is made up of 8,000 square feet including a 1,000 square foot tenant space.
