We design, deploy and support internet access (wired or wireless) for areas designated as critical (i.e. box office, registration, press box, VIP lounges).  Bandwidth requirements will be predetermined and connections will be active as required prior to show opening and for the duration of the show.  In addition, we provide event production staff full-spectrum technology support and systems management for the duration of the event. We are committed to monitoring all systems and devices within our network with alarms for any and all units via visual, e-mail, and paging alerts with immediate response to service related issues.

Exhibitor Engagement & Technical Support

At 12M we understand the importance of the exhibitor show experience.  As part of our comprehensive service package we handle all aspects of providing seamless internet connectivity for exhibitors.  Our objective is to provide flawless connectivity to exhibitors so their sales and lead generating applications run seamlessly and contribute to return business for show organizers.  Services begin with pre-show production and continue through tear down and include facilitating orders & inquires, coordinating exhibitor technology needs and special requests, provide an online order system, and follow through with on-site technical support before, during, and after the show.

Video Surveillance 

Security at temporary venues is challenging. 12M maintains an inventory of state of the art security cameras available for purchase or rent. In addition to supplying equipment, we work hand-in-hand with the designated security crew to determine optimal camera placement and functionality. We will configure, mount and, tear down all camera equipment whether it is leased or owned by event production.  Depending on the nature of the venue, WiFi signals are often subject to interference resulting in interrupted camera feed. If the nature of the venue is as such, each camera will have a dedicated hardwired data connection.

Public/Emergency Broadcast System Installation

12M maintains an inventory PA Horn Speakers capable of playing pre-recorded audio alerts, live voice announcements and/or emergency notifications (speakers are available for purchase or rent). Our team will stage, configure, deploy, support, tear down, and maintain the speakers and accessories.
